Excellent Transport Agency!

I found Sri Lanka transfers online, and booked them from home. The payment is hassle free, paid everything online, I didn't have to pay the driver anything. The vehicle they sent us was always on time. We used them twice, from Airport to Colombo and Colombo to Galle. They drivers come with a placard, are always on time, are very courteous and do not ask for anything extra (although we tipped them). The vehicles were super clean, and comfortable. Once booked confirmation was given on whatsapp with driver's mob. numbers so was easy to communicate with them. Will surely suggest to use this agency for intercity travels. Cheers.

Sri Lanka Transfers!

Recently used Sri Lanka Transfers 4 times all pre booked. Firstly from Colombo airport to Shangri-La Hambantota-a bit disappointing, old van, seatbelts that we’re broken and a delayed departure waiting for the van for nearly 30 min and then having to divert to pick up a driver. Driver was friendly and van was clean but old including a permanent engine warning light! Second from Hambantota to Yala Wild Coast Tented Lodge which was a nice van and really good driver. Third Yala to Weerawilla airport same driver and also great service. Lastly Colombo airport to Shangri La Colombo, ok van and driver. Overall service was good, some vans too old or poorly maintained, drivers were good and professional. Always felt safe on crowded roads. Would use again as pricing was competitive especially compared to hotel transfer rates.

Great Service!

We recently completed a 10-day trip through a good portion of Sri Lanka and Sri Lanka Transfers handled every one of our transfers in the country. They were great and we highly recommend them. The drivers were professional, courteous, and helpful. Deepthi, back in their office, was always responsive - even on holidays - and made last-minute adjustments for us as our plans changed. From simple airport transfers to 6+ hour treks across the island, they handled it all and we never had a single issue. They were a great example of the wonderful people of Sri Lanka.

Excellent transport company!

We visited Sri Lanka in October 2019, and made our way through the island without planning where and how to go next until a day or so before going. Sri Lanka Transfers was recommended to us by another traveller, and we didn't regret. They picked us up on a day's notice from several locations. The communication in advance via email was very effective, answers came fast. The vans were very comfortable, prices reasonable (easy to pay through PayPal), and the drivers were all very calm, polite and skilled.

Exceptional performanc!

A party of 2, we used this outfit for transfers from CMB to Kandy, and from Ella to A-Bay. Excellent drivers, vey good vehicles, and timely pick-up. Although todays drive from Ella to Arugam Bay was darkened by the horrible terrorist events, our driver remained 100% professional, even as the events unfolded during our drive and the driver obiously wanted to be back with wife and kids on the west coast. In addition, the company really went out of its way as the manager managed to get us 2 reserved seat train tickets at a vey fully booked train Kandy-Ella, tickets that he personally delivered at breakfast at our hotel in Kandy just before departure. And this he did with 24 hours notice. Anothe example of customer orientation is that the driver taking us from CMB to Kandy helped us to get a 30 days pre paid internet only SIM card for our mobile router with the best provider, Dialog, which took a while at a telco store outside Colombo. (These are not available at the airport). We’ve had 4G access ever since. Finally, account manager Deepthi has been vey helpful, answering email enquires promptly.

punctual & comfortable!

We booked all our transfers during 2.5 week stay in Sri Lanka with this company. (in total 6 trips) The first trip airport to Bentota started with a 'welcome to Sri Lanka' and a cold bottle of water, really nice! All cars were really comfortable, new and with aircon, all drivers very kind and always perfectly on time or early. The night before a trip we would receive an email to confirm, all really well organised. We paid the drivers in cash. Stops en route were never a problem. Prices are very reasonable. So; if you wish to avoid the hassle of booking taxis all the time, go for this company and arrange everything in advance. Highly recommendable!

Excellent service beyond expectations!

From booking the transfer online and very quick and efficient responses from Deepthi, we arruved in Colombo 2 days later. Our transfer was waiting at the arrivals hall and we (party of 4 adults) were in our aircon bus within 15 mins. After a very smooth and safe journey we arrived in Sigiriya in 3 1/2 hours. Having dropped us at the hotel we realised after our driver had departed we had keft a guide book on the bus. So I emailed Deepthi to request if one of their drivers could return it in the next 2 days. To our surprise and delught, the driver returned the book within half an hour. What excellent service! We would highly recommend this company for anybody wanting a transfer in Sri Lanka. Cost for the transfer was $81 plus tip. Very reasonable.

Lovely driver !!

Never been to Sri Lanka before and actually came across Sri Lanka transfers when we landed at the airport in Colombo. Our first transfer from Negombo to Sigiriya we looked at few different companies and asked the hotel but Sri Lanka transfers offered the best price. Our driver Ravi was so kind and welcoming and made our long journey really comfortable. The roads in Sri Lanka can be a little crazy but we felt safe the whole time with Ravi. We will be using them for the rest of our holiday in Sri Lanka and feel very lucky we stumbled across them in the airport !.

Drive from Kandy mountains to Colombo!

This the first time we’re using the transportation service and it has exceeded our expectations. We could not have a better driver in Sunny who drove us from Kandy mountains to Colombo in heavy traffic conditions. Reliable!

I always feel a bit nervous when booking an airport transfer online with a company I haven’t used before. I was therefore very pleased to experience the professional service offered by this company. We drove from Colombo airport to an hotel in Galle district. We also booked our return journey separately. Clean, maintained cars and a friendly driver (who arrived at the pickup points on time) created a positive impression. Rates were competitive. I wil use again.
