Who are Sri Lanaka Transfers ?

We are a specialist private transfer taxi service, We provide travellers with a vehicle and a driver to transport them to or from Katunayake airports, seaports, hotels or any Sri Lanka address. this is not a shared service. the vehicle is for your sole use.people travelling at one time.

What type of service do you provide?

Tell us where and when you want to go, and we will get you there. we have many different types of vehicle and they are all provided with polite and helpful licensed pco drivers.

What information do I need in order to book?

A: Details to Include on your booking:

Total number of passengers - please make sure you include infants and children in the total number of passengers in your party, e.g. if three adults, one child and an infant are travelling, you will need to book a private transfer vehicle for at least five people.

Overseas accommodation address - in any resort there may be more than one hotel, apartment complex, chalet or villa with the same name, so we need the full address to avoid confusion.

Mobile Phone Number - This is really useful if we need to get hold of you once your journey has begun or during your stay. You can also register to receive confirmation of your return transfer details by text (where available). Your number will show on your booking and we or our suppliers will also see this number, but it will not be given to any other person or organisation.

How easy is it to book a car with you?

All you do is tell us: how many passengers and luggage you have. It's done!!!

What area do you cover?

We can provide service in most parts of the Sri Lanka, but if for any reason we can't we probably know someone who can. Our aim is to enhance the service that we provide, so be rest assured we will go that extra mile to provide you with as much as we can.

Which airports do you service?

Colombo Airport/Katunayake Airport, with a meet and greet service.

What type of vehicles do you have?

We have access to a vast range of vehicles from saloon cars to minibuses.

How can i pay for this service?

A:Simply pay to the driver on the date of your journey (payments are accepted in dollars or SL rupees).
B:Pay by card using our paypal account. We will send paypal money request to your email.

What if my flight is delayed? Will I be charged extra?

We monitor flight arrivals before any drivers are dispatched, as a result we do not charge you any extra if your flight is delayed.

Where do I meet my driver when I land at the airport?

The meeting point is detailed in the booking process and is also stated in the email confirmation. Generally it is "Paging area" at arrivals.

What if I cannot locate my driver?

Call our 24hr support line on 0094777612043 quoting your transfer order reference number or your name and our experienced staff will be able to assist.

Are your prices per car or per person?

We do not provide a shared service. Our vehicles are sole use vehicles, our prices are per vehicle. Please see vehicle capacity for further details.

How early do I need to book my car?

We can provide service within 12 hours sometimes, but the earlier you book the better, 24 -48 hours would be recommended. If you are making a last minute booking it is best to phone 0094777612043, lines open 24 hours a day.

Do I have to book online?

Do I need to pay in advance?

No you do not need to pay in advance. you can select to pay on arrival.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel a booking. please contact our 24/7 helpdesk on 0094777612043. Cancellations can be made right up until the day of the transfer. However, any amendments need to be made 24 hours or more prior to travel

What happens if my flight is cancelled or If I missed my flight?

Contact us as soon as possible on 0094777612043. We will have monitored the flight and as a result we will not have despatch a driver. your transfer order will be placed on hold for 24 hours, during which you can rebook your transfer at no extra cost.

Can I book a child seat on to my booking?

For baby/child booster seats: We strongly recommend that you bring your own baby/booster seats. The supplier can provide them in some destinations and they will meet the local safety standards but will vary in quality and availability. A supplement maybe payable and you will be expected to fit the baby seat yourself. To book a baby seat please contact us after you have made the booking and we’ll confirm, if this is possible.
